The proof of payment must be send to THE AUCTIONEER by email to mnavia@hilcoglobal.mx prior to any such Bidder being approved to bid. If the Bidder does not win the bid on any lot, the deposit shall be returned to the same bank account from the money was transfer, within 72 hours of the close of bidding. If the bidder wins the bid but fails to pay their invoice within 5 workdays after the auction, the bidder hereby expressly authorizes THE AUCTIONEER, to retain the Guarantee and all the payments as penalty of non-compliance.
